Developed by VPGLaserOne, the IRE Surgical Fiber LP (Low Power) series is built on years of expertise in laser fiber manufacturing and is optimized for use with VTLase and FiberLase S laser systems.

These bare-tip fibers are engineered for effective dissection, vaporization, and coagulation across a range of surgical approaches—including open, endoscopic, and laparoscopic procedures. The LP line offers fiber core diameters from 200 to 940 μm, providing options in flexibility and energy delivery tailored to varying clinical needs.

Key advantages

Specifically engineered for EVLT procedures in phlebology, the radial tip delivers uniform 360° energy distribution along the vein wall for safe and effective endovenous ablation. The rounded tip and pullback markings assist in maintaining consistent fiber withdrawal speed, enhancing procedural precision and control.
Bare Tip Surgical fiber LP series designed for tissue dissection, vaporization, and coagulation in open, endoscopic, and laparoscopic surgeries. Available in diameters from 200 to 940 μm, allowing customization based on the clinical application, instrument compatibility, and surgeon preference.
Cone Tip Surgical fiber LP series optimized for minimally invasive hemorrhoid treatment in proctology, the cone-shaped tip enables precise energy delivery with minimal tissue trauma. Its design allows for easy insertion into hemorrhoidal tissue to support effective laser vaporization.

Technological features

  • A wide range of fiber diameters  enable surgeons to match the fiber to the clinical task, instrument, and personal technique—ensuring optimal precision and procedural efficiency.

The availability of multiple fiber diameters allows surgeons to select the most appropriate configuration based on the clinical application, the surgical instrument used, and their personal preferences. This flexibility supports optimal performance across a range of procedures.

Radial Tip Surgical fiber LP series

    Clinical applications:

    • Phlebology (EVLT)

Specifically engineered for Endovenous Laser Treatment (EVLT) in phlebology, the Radial Tip LP series provides 360° uniform energy distribution along the vein wall, ensuring safe and effective ablation.

The rounded tip design and pullback markings enable controlled fiber withdrawal, enhancing surgical precision and consistency. The radial fiber is available in two variants:

    • Mini – 365 μm core diameter, for use with 16G catheter, recommended for veins < 1 cm in diameter
    • Max – 550 μm core diameter, for use with 14G catheter, suitable for veins > 1 cm

Fiber selection is based on vein diameter and physician preference, offering flexibility across clinical settings.

  • Bare Tip Surgical fiber LP series

    Clinical applications:

    • General Surgery
    • Proctology
    • Neurosurgery
    • Gynecology
    • Dentistry
    • ENT
    • Dermatology and Cosmetology
    • Traumatology and Orthopedics
    • Ophthalmology
    • Cardiology

The Bare Tip LP series includes fibers with diameters ranging from 200 to 940 μm, offering varying degrees of flexibility and exposure area to suit different surgical needs.

Customizable fiber diameters allow surgeons to match the fiber to the specific clinical task, instrument type, and personal technique, ensuring optimal precision and efficiency.

  • Cone Tip Surgical fiber LP series

    Clinical applications:

    • Proctology

The Cone Tip LP series is designed for laser vaporization of hemorrhoids, particularly effective in treating stage 2–3 disease using a minimally invasive approach.

The conical tip enables easy insertion into the hemorrhoidal node for precise laser delivery and is used in combination with a special holder.
