VPG LaserOne and DIJLA Medical showcase advanced TFL technologies at the 14th Iraqi Urology Conference

VPG LaserOne participated in the 14th Iraqi Urological Association Conference in Baghdad together with its partner DIJLA Medical, presenting the latest developments in thulium fiber laser technology to leading urologists from across Iraq and the region. The company's participation focused on addressing current challenges in endourology through advanced pulse modulation, intelligent workflow assistance, and enhanced safety technologies.

Addressing the limitations of conventional TFL systems

A key scientific presentation delivered by Uliana Andreeva explored how next-generation TFL platforms can overcome limitations associated with existing laser technologies. The presentation highlighted innovations including Tissue Sensor technology for real-time stone and tissue recognition, UltraPulse fragmentation mode, FinePulse dusting mode, DissectPulse enucleation mode, and Assistant Mode for procedure-specific parameter optimization.

Translating technology into clinical practice

The conference program also featured presentations by internationally recognized experts discussing advanced stone fragmentation techniques, Tissue Sensor-assisted lithotripsy, and new-generation TFL applications for BPH treatment. These sessions demonstrated how technological innovations can improve procedural safety, efficiency, and surgical precision in everyday clinical practice.

Collaboration and knowledge exchange

Together with DIJLA Medical, VPG LaserOne engaged with healthcare professionals throughout the conference, sharing clinical experience and discussing the future of minimally invasive urological surgery. The event provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and strengthened collaboration with the Iraqi urology community.

Supporting the future of urological care

By combining scientific education, clinical evidence, and innovative technology, VPG LaserOne and DIJLA Medical reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the advancement of urological care across the region and expanding access to next-generation laser solutions that improve outcomes for both surgeons and patients.
